Terms of Service

What the service provides

DuoMeme lets you preview duet scenes and prepare photos. You can watch and download the Orange Studio sample with generated audio; Retro Mic and Hotel Lounge have scene illustrations only. Generation with your own photos and pack purchases are not open yet.

Your photos and permitted use

Use the service only if you are at least 18 and are legally able to enter this agreement. Upload one adult per photo and obtain permission from every depicted person. Do not use the service for non-consensual intimate content, harassment, deceptive impersonation, fraud or unlawful content. You must have permission to use submitted photos and other materials.

You retain your rights in inputs. You grant the limited permission needed to store, process and deliver your requested task through our service providers. A template or generated output is not a blanket license to third-party music, likenesses, logos or other protected material. Do not claim synthetic content is an authentic recording of an event.

Quotes, credits and generation

Launch packs are one-time purchases in USD: $4.90 for 20 credits, $9.90 for 60, and $24.90 for 160. They do not create a subscription, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. Purchased credits do not expire, but are not cash, cannot be transferred between accounts and can only be used on this site.

The first offered format is planned at 20 credits for a 15-second 480p render. The final quote is shown before each generation. Future formats or prices may change; the amount quoted for an already accepted task is recorded with it. Higher-resolution videos and free generation with your own photos are not available.

Payment alone does not start a video. You explicitly select Generate, which reserves the quoted credits. Closing the tab does not cancel the provider task. One active generation is allowed per account. A new generation uses credits again; repeat downloads of a retained finished video do not.

Quality, availability and retention

AI output can change faces, hands, clothing and timing. The current sample shows these limits and does not guarantee every upload will match its result. The sample includes AI-generated audio. Lip sync is not guaranteed. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, completion time, social reach or commercial suitability.

Server drafts expire after seven days and finished private videos after 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for device drafts, deletion and provider copies. Save finished files before expiry. Temporary failures, maintenance and provider outages can affect availability.

Failed tasks, disputes and support

Confirmed technical failures release the associated credit reservation. If a task status is uncertain, we check its progress before taking further action to avoid duplicate charges. After review of a quality issue, we may return the credits originally used for that task once. Generating again uses credits again. Cash refunds follow the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights.

We may restrict abusive use or generation associated with disputed payments. To ask about an order, report an output or request data changes, use Support. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law requires. Terms may be updated prospectively; accepted task quotes remain recorded.
