Scope and current availability

This policy explains how DuoMeme handles photos, drafts, videos and account data. The public Orange Studio sample uses fictional AI-generated portraits. Generation with your own photos and pack purchases are not open yet.

Photos and drafts

Before you continue after sign-in, selected photos are stored in this browser. The device draft expires after seven days without an update; expiry is checked when you return. Remove each photo or clear this site's browser data to remove the device copy. A device draft is not a cloud backup.

Continuing after sign-in saves an account-owned private server draft, including your two photos, positions and template. It expires seven days after creation. You can delete an unused server draft from My videos. An active generation must finish or be reconciled before its draft can be deleted. Deleting a server draft does not automatically delete a separate device copy.

Our private server media is encrypted at rest and access is checked against your account. After expiry, access is disabled and background cleanup deletes working files. Backup copies, where maintained, may be removed on a separate schedule.

Video processing and third parties

When generation opens and you explicitly select Generate, the chosen photos and template are sent to KIE and its underlying video provider to process the task. Continuing to checkout alone does not submit a generation. Provider-side retention is governed by the provider's policies and is not controlled by the seven-day draft limit on our server. Contact support to request deletion of a provider copy. Deletion times depend on the provider.

We do not use your uploaded portraits as public examples without separate permission. Public sample portraits on this site are synthetic. Do not upload another person's photo without their permission.

Finished videos and payment records

Completed private videos remain available to the owning account for 30 days after completion. Repeat downloads during this time are free. Save a local copy before expiry; a downloaded copy is controlled by you.

We retain account details, order and credit records, task status and support messages to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. These records are separate from the 30-day video limit. Checkout is handled by a third-party payment processor; DuoMeme does not store complete card numbers.

Cookies, analytics and requests

Authentication and language preferences use cookies. If analytics is configured, it may process page visits and browser/device information; photo contents are not intentionally sent as analytics events. No protection can guarantee that information is never lost or accessed unlawfully.

For access, correction, export or deletion requests, use the support page. Include the account email and relevant draft, job or order ID, but never a password, API key or full card number. Some transaction records may need to be retained even after an account-deletion request. Material policy changes will be described on this page with an updated date.
